You can permanently delete your Lopaostab account and associated personal data directly in the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This removes your profile, content, and personal information, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy (for example, security logs or transaction records we're required to keep for a period for fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legal-compliance purposes).
If you can't access the app, email support@lopaostab.zallixor.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email or username on your account, and we'll process it manually. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
The fastest way to report a specific post, message, profile, live stream, or listing is directly in the app — use the report option on the item itself, so it reaches us with full context. For anything involving a child's safety, a credible threat, or an urgent security issue, email support@lopaostab.zallixor.com with as much detail as you can and we'll prioritize it.

Coin top-ups and other paid features may currently be processed manually. If you're purchasing something in-app, follow the payment instructions shown at checkout, then email your proof of payment and account/username to billing@lopaostab.zallixor.com. We never ask for your password, and we won't ask you to pay through a channel outside the app's official instructions or this page.
Rights holders can submit a complaint under Terms §21 to support@lopaostab.zallixor.com, including the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for the complaint. Official privacy requests can be sent to the same address — see our Privacy Policy §16.
